Refund Policy

A product ordered in error that is delivered in good condition can be exchanged. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice within 3 days.

Grocery items are not returnable to Ayalathe Peedika and may not be refunded or replaced.

If a product does not match your order, you must contact us immediately by telephone or email. Ayalathe Peedika will bear all the costs of the return of the product.

No returns will be allowed for a used product.
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link. Product cancellation requests received later than 4 hour later from the time of order placement won’t be processed.
